Riverhill offers an Extended Day Enrichment Program (EDEP) for students. EDEP is available to Riverhill Families Monday through Friday until 5:30 p.m. Riverhill Staff members oversee the program and are present with the students each day. Students are furnished a snack, homework help, and supervised play until parents arrive. Enrollment forms for EDEP are available at Riverhill’s Front Desk. There are three age groups, PreK-2 (located in the PK2 classroom), Pre-K3 through 2nd grade students (located in Mrs. McCanless’s PK3 classroom), and 3rd through 6th grade students (located in the 6th grade classroom). Each EDEP student will be given a snack upon arrival and allowed to engage in fun activities such as art, games and “G” rated movies or televised programs. We also have a homework time for students in grades 1-6.
Fees for EDEP are based on how long you stay each day and are as follows:
- Pickup time before 3:30 – $3.75 per child
- Pickup time between 3:30 and 4:00 – $7.50 per child
- Pickup time between 4:00 and 4:30 – $12.50 per child
- Pickup time between 4:30 and 5:00 – $15.00 per child
A 25% discount will be given to other students in the same family staying at the same time. Fees will automatically be billed to RenWeb.
There is a $10.00 per family registration fee each year, and students must be pre-registered in EDEP in order to participate. Each student left on campus after 3:15pm each day will be sent to EDEP. If you have not pre-registered your student, you can register them when you pick them up.
Clubs and Classes
Riverhill believes that learning occurs in many different formats. We offer optional after school clubs and programs based around our students’ desire to learn and grow outside of a structured school day. These activities take place on the Riverhill campus and are taught by both our faculty and community members. Each activity varies in meeting times and price to participate.
