The fourth grade is a year of exploring and discovering the uniqueness of our individuality. Life-long skills such as organization, responsibility, and unique individual writing skills are stressed. Students travel through time and learn the wonderful history of their home state as well as touring the state’s capital city of Montgomery. Students explore in the classroom through science experiments, Alabama History projects, and creative writing activities; we also explore our community by supporting numerous community service projects. The ultimate fourth-grade goal is to make each student a scholar with a love for learning, reading, and discovering.
